The placement process at GBSRC Pune is as follows: The placement cell starts preparing the students for placements in the second year of the MBA program. The cell conducts a number of pre-placement activities, such as aptitude tests, mock interviews, and group discussions. The cell also invites companies to the campus for on-campus interviews. The students are shortlisted for interviews based on their academic performance, CV, and performance in the pre-placement activities. The students attend the interviews and are offered jobs based on their performance.
