Admission to Chitara University will be granted based on the merit ranking of the candidate in JEE-Mains 2022 (Feb/Mar/Apr/May). The eligibility criteria for admission to any one of the engineering programs at the institute is a minimum aggregate of 60% or a score of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in class XII. It is mandatory for the candidate to have a pass grade in each subject of the qualifying examination. The candidate must have passed his/her 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The institute will not round off the marks to determine the eligibility criteria, meaning a score of 59.99% will not be considered equivalent to 60.00%.
Chitkara University offers scholarships for students who have scored a minimum of 75% marks throughout their 10+2 education. Students meeting this eligibility criterion can receive a scholarship of Rs. 50,000 towards their tuition fees.
